BodyFix Medical runs the clinical work: lab panels, hormone therapy, medical weight loss including GLP-1 medication, peptide protocols, and the follow-up that keeps all of it on track.
Habit Fitness Coach runs the training: one on one strength programming, nutrition coaching, and the weekly accountability that decides whether any of it sticks. Neither half works as well alone, which is the whole reason the partnership exists.
Losing weight fast doesn't only take fat with it. On GLP-1 medication especially, a real share of what comes off is muscle, and muscle is what keeps your metabolism honest and the weight from creeping back. We can manage the dosing and the labs. We can't put a barbell in your hands.
We could hand patients a printout of exercises. Most people would lose it in a week. We'd rather name a coach in this town we actually trust, and Habit Fitness Coach is who we landed on.
Habit Fitness Coach opened in 2022 and works mostly with men over thirty, a lot of them dads, who are good at their work and tired of guessing in the gym. Training happens one person at a time in a private gym in St. George, with virtual sessions when travel or a packed week would otherwise kill the momentum.
Ammon Suchanski, who founded the practice, is NASM certified and certified as a health and life coach. The approach is habit first: no crash diets, no six-week transformations, just programming built around your history and your schedule that changes as you do. Because he works with our patients regularly, he understands what hormone therapy and peptide protocols mean for recovery and trains around them.
